     Any available apartment in Flora Beach Resort can be reserved with a non-refundable deposit of EUR 1 000 payable by bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for a period of 28 days to allow for the signing of preliminary contract. Balance payable upon transfer of ownership.
